2. Shipping Charges:
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Pakistan. No additional charges will be applied during checkout for standard shipping.

For express shipping, an additional shipping fee will apply based on your location and the weight of your package. The exact shipping cost will be shown during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

3. Order Processing Time:
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team will begin processing it within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer. Rest assured, we will notify you if there are any delays.

Currently, Shine Appeal only offers shipping within Pakistan and does not provide international shipping services. Please also note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Kindly ensure you provide a physical address for delivery.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.
